These are the terms on which you may use Seonis. They are deliberately short and specific. The section on the link exchange is the one worth actually reading, because it is the part that carries risk to your website.
Seonis researches search keywords, writes articles in your language, checks them against a native-language quality gate, publishes them to a site you connect, and — if you opt in — arranges links between participating websites. What is built and what is not is stated in the interface; anything marked as not built does not work yet and is not being charged for.
Articles we write for you are yours. You may edit, republish or delete them freely, and they remain yours if you leave.
You are responsible for what gets published under your brand. We check language quality and hold articles that fail, but a language model can state something confidently and be wrong, and no automated check catches everything. If your industry is regulated — legal, medical, financial advice — read before you publish. Auto-publishing is off by default for exactly this reason, and we recommend leaving it off until you trust the output.
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue. Anyone in this industry who does is guessing, because search engines do not take instructions from us.
Taking part is optional and off by default. If you switch it on:
You must not remove links you have agreed to host while continuing to receive them. Members who do are suspended from the exchange.
Search engines publish guidance on link schemes, and any arrangement where sites link to each other by agreement can fall within it. We have designed the exchange to stay on the right side of that line: same language and country only, genuine topical relevance measured per paragraph, no direct reciprocal swaps, a cap on how much of your link profile can come from the network, one link per article inside the body text, and a limit on how fast links arrive. The reasoning for every rule is documented and every decision is recorded.
We cannot promise a search engine will agree with our judgement. If that matters more to you than the links are worth, do not opt in — the rest of the product works without it.
You may not use Seonis to produce or promote:
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not refund part-months, and we do not make cancellation difficult. Billing is not switched on yet, and nothing is being charged while the product is in build.
We aim to keep the service running and do not promise a specific uptime figure. Publishing is scheduled work, so a few hours of downtime typically delays an article rather than losing it. We depend on third-party model providers, and if one is unavailable we fall back to another where we can.
You may close your account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why. On closure your data is deleted after 30 days, except records we are required to keep.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost rankings or lost data where you had the ability to keep your own copy.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
